Always have great service -Drew is a great customer service rep and always is honest about the services I need or don’t need. They made a mistake on a set of tires I purchased and when they realized the mistake at a later service-they corrected the tires at no charge to me. I would have never known about the error. I use them for all my service needs.
The manager, Drew, is completely unprofessional and needs a serious filter. The only reason I know of this place is when my mechanic, who I have used many times and know as fair and honest, was hired. I makes you wonder about the place (and management) when just last week they fired Mike, the mechanic, along with many others 'for losing this place so much money'. This is a direct quote from Drew, the manager on duty. I tried to have them service my car anyway since one of the tires was making a weird sound. However, they have no respect for people's time even when you make an appointment. Won't even try to use them again.

Took my vehicle in for an oil change and while I was there I inquired about 5 new tires. The salesman almost seemed like he was annoyed with me asking him about new tires. It did not give me a good feeling, so I went spent my $1,400 elsewhere. No coffee, definitely didn't want to drink from the water fountain. The bathroom was okay and to this day I am still wondering what is behind that door. What kind of potential danger lies behind a door that warrants a sign like that?
Took my mom's 2006 Honda Civic in for an oil change, two rear tires and a rear wheel bearing replacement. Job went fine, but they left the interior light on and drained the battery. They didn't even have a jumper, so my friend and I had to pull out the cables and jump it ourselves. Now today, 6 Months later, I'm in Leesburg, VA for a different wheel bearing replacement and the wheel lock lug nut is nowhere to be found; as in up there at Mr. Tire in someone's toolbox. Costing me an extra $120 dollars and hour of my time. Thanks Mr Tire.
