Staff members are always kind and understanding to the need of patrons checking out quickly. They easily assisted me with a television to my car.
I most certainly wouldn't call or a PX as its way too small but the staff is friendly and it has the stock that a shoppette should have. They have a fair Army clothing section, decent Class 6, BK, and subway. Don't look for the fast food to be open late or on weekends. Gas is one is the cheapest in town, 8 pumps.
This is the Fort Detrick PX. The staff are friendly, but the store itself is the smallest PX I've ever been to in the Army. It's really a shoppette pretending to be a PX. The prices there are not any better than any of the civilian stores in Frederick.
