Men's has gone downhill over the past few years. Salesmen are not honest, will sell anything to anyone. Brought my son in for a new suit and paid way more than I expected because they didn't have the right sizes on the room (he's average build and height). and the cost of the adjustments was 30% of the cost of the suit. Tried to sell us two pair of shoes after they criticized my sons existing dress shoes (that he had purchased about a month earlier). They lie just to make the sale. We were under a time constraint and ultimately bought the suit - but this was definitely our last trip to THIS Men's Warehouse - and possibly all Men's Warehouses.
We had a wonderful experience at Men's Wearhouse. The customer service was great and the attention to detail in regards to our group order for a wedding party was awesome. We had such a nice experience with Mike we went back later that today to purchase another suit. Thanks for the great service!
I came into men's wearhouse the other day to buy a new suit, the service I had while choosing the suit and purchasing the suit was great! I notified the salesman that I had to leave the next day for funeral in another state. I was promised my suit would be ready at 12pm. It is now 1:40pm and I am sitting in my car waiting approximately 20 minutes for my suit to be finished. They did not start my suit at all until I came in to pick it up, they said they misplaced it, and now I have to wait. I recommend calling ahead to make sure they have not misplaced your suit.
Ryan was a fantastic salesman and provided the highest quality of customer service. I came in on a busy Saturday and Ryan worked on my style for over 90 minutes putting numerous outfits together and carefully listening to the look I was trying to achieve. I left the store without buying anything due to time and I wanted my wife's feedback. I came back on Sunday where he spent another 60 minutes with me. I ended up getting enormous value, everything I bought was buy one get one free. While the cost is high, so is the value. In the end the customer service was fantastic, and ultimately cheaper than any of the competition in this space. Shop around you will find they are more than competitive, the are the least expensive and the best overall value.
Terrible experience and one of the worst parts of wedding planning. So disappointed. First, after visiting the store a few times it was frustrating to understand how there was no way to test the way we were putting together the outfit or try anything on to see what we liked best. After blindly deciding on our options and hoping for the best we sent our guys to get fitted. They forgot to get measurements for their shirts, were not told to puschase their shirts and ties at the same time as their rental. So much back and forth and disorganization and lack of customer service. Then upon pick up, 2 days before the event. We had an 11 year old who had a Men's shirt in his bag, a vest that was too large, and a shirt we had to force to work at they "found in the back" . A guys pants too short, another guys shirt too tight and another guys vest too tight. What a nightmare. So dissatisfied from the beginning and it only got worse.
