Ashley took a lot of time helping my wife find just the right size. Ashley was perky and patient as well as informed. My wife said she will be going back again. This was our first experience at the Francis Scott Mall store. Impressive.
Its a sad fact that a store can receive an order that you as the customer pay for and in today's technology age not be able to figure out how to call or update an order status to give you notice it has been sitting there for 2 weeks. And then you call the store to find out where the items are and you are told oh we don't call people when the items come in, there is process that logs the items and sends you an email, but in your case that did not happen. I'm glad you called as we were going to send your items back. For the overpriced items you would think they would have a little better customer service than to hang up on someone when asked about there online order receiving processes.
Had a great experience tonight with the employees of this location. My friend and I spent our shipping laughing. It was really refreshing.
