Honestly, the TJMaxx over by Target is better. Every once in a while you'll find a really great deal here but most of the time you're looking and looking for hours without finding anything. I will say their selection of candles is pretty good and I have found better deals on shoes here than at TJMaxx but outside of those you're better off going a little further for better deals.
Or if you can't find the deals you probably aren't savvy. Stay home.
One of my favorite places to buy clothes and sheets. The prices are almost always cheaper than other stores. Parking is plentiful.
Like to look around and find things. However, they should do more to rotate stock. Sometimes it looks a bit empty.
Bring double the budget of what you want to spend, because you'll easily find that many deals.

You always have some awesome old ladies tooling around at the dark hours of the evening. Coke parties @ Ross, grinning all-knowing grannies barreling around with carts, and cheap goodies. Huzzah! This place is always a good time.
