These ladies are awesome! They are a pleasure to work with! They know their wedding gowns! I would highly recommend TLC if you are in the Frederick area gown shopping!
This place is so amazing! It was the first place i went to look for wedding dresses and they gave me exactly what I wanted! The staff is super friendly and most importantly honest. The tell you what they think looks good and what doesn't. They made me feel like the most beautiful bride in the world and with the dress they sold me, hopefully I will look the way I felt.
Overall I had a positive experience with TLC Bridal. Their new location (second level shop) is very nicely decorated and centrally located in Downtown Frederick. Unfortunately, I went into this appointment already having found a unique wedding dress I really liked (and ended up buying), so the consultants at TLC has a hard time finding a dress I liked more than the one I had already found. Nevertheless, my consultant, Suzy, did everything she could to help me find a dress from TLC, and even brought in her coworker and the owner when she had run out of ideas. I could tell they really just wanted me to find a dress that I liked (so much so that they hinted I should run back and get the other dress!). They were very nice and catering the whole appointment, respected my budget, and listened to what style I was looking for.
The reason why I gave four stars instead of five was because I sat in the lobby for 30min before anyone realized I was there (granted, they had just moved into this location and things were a bit hectic...no excuse for 30min though) and that each of the fitting rooms had windows with see-through lacy curtains (I felt as though people could see right up into the fitting room). Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend checking out TLC Bridal for wedding dresses.
Thank you for having the Bridal walk on 5/30/17 as my daughter won money off of a bridal gown there! We are so excited to start the process and can't wait to have her try on the beautiful gowns at TLC Bridal Boutique!
Although the dress was nice, I was never told that “Sample” was embroidered in the bottom.
