Maybe you better train your people to be better clerks and care about customers.
some staff is very friendly and helpful, others not so much. Overall is a good shopping experience. Very good registry staff and always offered us a free soda when we were adding stuff to our registry.

Very good store. The store is very neat and well stocked, and the staff is extremely helpful and kind. I was able to purchase an appliance I could not find at any other stores. I am able to locate items quickly, and the staff goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction.
When I brought this to her attention her ATTITUDE was "well I just came on duty". I told her that's no excuse and brought those patient customers to her attention...she could've cared less.
While waiting in line with four other customers ahead of me and only one register open-though the customer service had several people waIting as well...a new register opened and the clerk took a customer from service line and took her AHEAD of all the others who'd been waiting for sometime!!!
I always find what I need. The staff are always helpful. It is one of my favorite stores.
