We went furniture shopping with our daughter. Our sales person, Cameron, was very helpful by showing us everything we needed and giving us excellent pricing. He was very professional and attentive and made sure the billing was done the way we requested. Mayuri, in the billing dept., was responsible for making sure the items were charged according to how we had requested them. She did an excellent job also and was very friendly! I came back a day later to purchase another item that we had forgotten to get before and Carlos was very helpful in making sure I was satisfied. Overall, we were very pleased with our furniture shopping expedition at the Frederick Ashley Store!
Stopped by the store the other day! Very welcoming and inviting! Cameron was the one who helped me! He was an absolute treat! Very knowledgeable and polite! A real diamond you guys have there! He helped me and my wife pick out the perfect living room set! Will for sure be back to purchase a bedroom set!
Joana our sales associate was awesome!!! She was not overbearing like other furniture store associates but was always near by to help us when we had questions. She made sure we got the best prices available. When we left, we felt like we had made a new friend. Mayun (spelling?) that handled the closing/financial end was very sweet as well. The selection of furniture is great. This is not the first time we have purchased items from here, and based on our experiences, it won't be the last.
From start to finish my experience was awesome! I am moving into my first apartment and did not have to stress over finding and purchasing furniture because of the outstanding employees at the Frederick Ashley. They were able to find me options within my budget and took the time to make sure I was getting quality furniture that will last. We stopped in to Ashley to just look around. Joanna approached us while we were browsing. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She helped us make educated decisions based on the different features of the furniture. They had great deals and financing options. I didn't feel pressured to buy either which was great! We were also assisted by Mayuri with our checkout. She also helped making sure our checkout process went smoothly. Great experience, thank you!
