do not buy furniture form here , there shop in a private organization trying to be in par with ethan allen
Do not buy furniture from this store. It is privately owned...fails to represent the Ethan Allen brand and service. I am a young professional that recently moved to this area. I am a dedicated Ethan Allen customer. However, I immediately felt judged when I walked in the store....maybe because I didn't fit whatever mold the associates expect. I asked for a recent catalog and was told they don't give them out anymore...really? The store is not updated and inventory isnt complete. I will make future purchases online or at a nearby store. Not here....STAY AWAY!
Being a previous client of Ethan Allen, I was very happy with my decision to work with the staff of the Frederick Ethan Allen. The store set up is great and I was really impressed with the customer service. I can’t say enough about the designers there, they were able to help me come up with a floor plan and style that worked perfectly for me and even came up with ideas I hadn’t thought of to make my space even better. I was passing through the area (I live in Richmond) and there was no problem whatsoever with getting my furniture shipped to my house intact and exactly as I ordered. Definitely a smooth process, I would recommend this store to anyone interested in real quality furniture!
ecomony iam not surprised if this store is recirculating its returned items by removing its old stains and
there customer service is very poor , wood stains are not the same what you ask for , because of the
Customer service remains bad... I called 4-5 days prior to my follow up call about a service request for a ladder I purchased there and the finish appeared to be coming off, during my follow up call I was cut off by the emplyee who just immediately wanted to transfer me to a vm box without hearing my issue. The lady continued to talk over me stating she just simply couldn't help me and this voice mail was my only option, she could nit even look up if my service request had been submitted. I have bought ROOMS of furniture from Ethan Allen in Colorado and their customer service is top notch, while I will continue to pursue my repair I will not even think about spending money here
replacing those with new stain , rather than making them new , the owner showed up two months after the calland balmes it on my children , go to rockville Et or to thomasville you are wasting your money here .
