I had an amazing experience with my visit to VCF. I have been buying my furniture there for years now. Plus they do come out to service my dining room set. My recent visit I met Charlene she didn't follow me around the store in Fredrick MD. When I neeeded her she was there with a smile. Thank you for my outdoor dining table & chairs.
Came in and was immediately welcomed by sales rep. Charlene Boon. I told her I was interested in purchasing a bed we walked through the isles going over my options. I was very impressed on how much she was able to make me feel at home in the store and comfortable making my purchase. She was very easy to communicate with and more than willing to work with me on my purchase to make it even more comfortable for me. After deciding what I was going to buy we talked to Miranda at the finance desk who was also very friendly and made me feel even more that making my purchase here was the right thing to do. If I didn't know any better I would have felt like they were family.
I asked the crook salesman when we bought it if things like this were covered, and he assured us it was!!!
Terrible experience recently. Spent 4000 with them a couple years ago. One piece of our sectional was defective and under warranty. They couldn't replace so they offered us a store credit for that piece. We picked out more furniture beyond the credit, and set up delivery. Clarified at store with the manager that they would pick up the defective piece when delivering the new furniture. When delivery guys arrived they had instructions to take the whole sectional. My wife called and the manager screamed abusively at her through the phone. I could clearly hear him from the next room. They BAITed us with the credit, then SWITCHed what we received. They must have been banking on us wanting the new furniture bad enough to fall for their scam. But we didn't. I wonder how many people do. We were going to pursue the issue, but after seeing all the bad reviews online, it's clear this business is failing. Cost us a couple days taking off work, but nothing more. Closing our account and never will return. Shoppers beware!

Prices are incredible, what amazed me even more is they set up the furniture like a NASCAR team. 13 mintues they were in and out. I will definitely be shopping there again. The only down side is I have to wait weeks for some furniture peaces to arrive. They should keep units in a warehouse close by for timely delivery, when you buy new furniture for a new place most people don't like waiting a week let alone two weeks for one peace. It ruins the progress to get your place together.
The leather has separated and theyvtell me "sorry, that's not covered".
The only thing they offered was a "discount" if I bought ANOTHER SOFA FOR $700!!!!

We bought an expensive leather 3 piece set AND bought the extra "fabric protection" warranty.
