We were there on 11/4/17. We were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait to be seated....it took 40 minutes. From the time we were seated to the time we received our food was another hour. I had a burger and asked for medium rare, it was well-well done (dry). There was an employee named Tim working on seating people, bussing tables, bringing out food and generally busted his butt to get things done. He should be promoted. Meanwhile the manager wasn't helping at all. He once stopped by our table and we asked him for drink refills. He said he would get them and never did. Our server ended up coming over to find out what we needed refilled. It was an extremely poor experience. One of the worst I have had at a restaurant.
Terrific bartenders Adrian and Michelle serve extremely reasonably priced happy hour drinks and snacks! We always have fun here!
I like Bennigan's well enough. I think the food is usually good. It's been slow coming out the past couple of times I've been there. The kids like it but the menu is kind of limited. Decent beer on tap but not a huge selection. All in all it's decent for an "I don't know where" to eat kind of night.
Terrible lunch. Steak salad- seemed as though they pulled leftover cold steak out of refrigerator. Never have I tasted steak like that. Egg rolls tasted like a cardboard box. Monte Cristo had absolutely no flavor. Egg rolls were comped by manager when he noticed we hadn’t eaten very much. Service was very slow even though it was not busy in the restaurant. Needs fresher foods and someone who knows how cook so the food is appetizing. Disgusting!
Our waitress, hostess, and the busboy were polite, attentive, and friendly. However, despite their being just a few patrons; it took an inordinate amount of time for our food to arrive. My pork chop was pretty good. My wife's chicken looked good, but tasted strongly of melted plastic.
