Food is good but this place is filthy. I have never seen a table being cleaned at any Chipotle. Love the food, but hate eating it there.
Will not return. Went for dinner with family and my one year old had an accident at the table. When I went to take her to the restroom there was no sign indicating where the restrooms were. After asking and being told "back the hall" we had to move their trash cart out of the way as well as the mop and dirty water bucket to get to the restroom. Then found there was no changing table in the womans bathroom, no trashcan, and no paper towels. I had to lay my daughter on the bathroom floor to change her. When I asked an employee for paper towels she gave me a rude response like it was an inconvenience. Then the whole time we finally were able to eat all we could hear was the employees standing at the register swearing. Also meat was cold, tea was basically water, no napkins, and dirty tables.
I tend to stop at this chipotle when I’m working in Frederick and on my way back home headed up 15. Easy to find in the shopping center. Food is fresh and warm. Very generous with their servings of meat compared to some places. Clean. Wait is usually decent. It can get busy during peak hours.
Always great food and service. The employees here are so kind, if you ask for more rice, or your beans to be strained they are glad to do so. It can get busy on Saturdays, but the line is never long, as the employees are very fast. I highly recommend.
Bad, ordered a quesadilla and they forgot to give it to me and had to make them again. Forgetful staff
