These are some of the best sandwiches and subs in Frederick. The meatball sub (only available on Friday in limited quantities) will change your life. It's probably big enough for two people to share ... although you might not want to.

What a quaint little place! I am unfamiliar with the area and was a little nervous to venture out, but it was easy to find and there is metered parking right out front. They were so polite and welcoming and it smelled great in there. It had such an authentic air about it I highly recommend.
The prices are a tiny bit steep but the quality of food makes it well worth it. Looking for authentic imported Italian goods look to further they have it all. They even make their own mozzarella. There is a small eat in area, the overall store is as close to an Italian café as you can get without going to Italy.
Easily the best prosciutto and mozzarella sandwich I've had, and the customer service was wonderful. The store is tiny but filled with great products. In addition to my sandwich, I picked up some fresh smoked mozarella and salami for a dinner. It was a little pricy, but so far it promises to be worth it!
