As the name suggests, Spartan Tactical caters to a somewhat focused market, but I happen to fall within their target (forgive the pun) demographic, hence my review. The staff is knowledgeable, and the merchandise they offer is top quality for a good price. Comparable to Galls in terms of both price range and offerings, but with far better personal customer service. Spartan also offers numerous personal self defense and tactical training courses.
Great gun and tactical supply store
The owners have been friends now for nearly a decade. They always find you what you need - show you what is the best tool for the job - and now have training that is on par with elite facilities.
I found Spartan Tactical when I was researching online for certain classes for work. Spartan was the only organization that was willing to adjust their schedule to accommodate for the needs of my agency. Over the next 5 days, myself and a few others were given expert instruction from teachers who have been in the field of law enforcement and security. The information was up to date, accurate, and taught in a way that made it easy to retain the information. They offer a variety of classes from CCW to pepper spray and various other topics. The instructors are knowledgeable and draw from their own experiences so that you can learn the lessons from their perspective. They also have a virtual shooting range which you NEED to try. Imagine the game Duck Hunt from the NES days but on a much larger scale. The simulator has hundreds of scenarios that can change based on how you react. It also has a nice zombie program too. Great for parties! The store also has a lot of tactical gear and clothing for you to choose from. If they don't have what you are looking for, they can order it for you. Again, they accommodate YOU. I borrow equipment from them all the time for training classes and each time I go, they have more and more products to sell. Ammo, weapon accessories, handcuffs, jackets, knives, you name it. The staff can answer any questions you have and give their recommendations. They will not, however, push you to buy something that you do not want. When driving to the store you need to pay attention because you will miss it if you aren't looking. Its in the big parking lot before the traffic light.
I love this place. I have never been here and not found what I was looking for. Good quality at a reasonable price. I always recommend this to my friends.
