I haven't test driven cars in 3+ years so I wanted to get an idea of what kind of crossover I was looking for and liked for when I trade in my current car for another car. As soon as this dealership found out my plan wasn't to buy a car that day it was like everything sped up and I was out the door. I understand they want to make a sale with someone else but it was so rude and unprofessional. They have lost my business for sure and will be getting a car elsewhere. Will say though Jeremy was great handling my online requests.
Bought my new Oulander online through email correspondence with Brandon. Great guy. I went to the dealer to pick up the vehicle and everything was ready and waiting. I was very impressed and was in and out with signing the paperwork in 20 minutes. Would definitely do business here again. No BS just all about customer service. Great job to all involved in my purchase.
Salesman Dustin was great! Very personable and easy to relate to. The Dealership as a whole did a great job too. It's not like other stores I had visited that week,. There was no pressure to buy now, now, now and Dustin seemed more interested in what was good for me and my family, not what was good for his paycheck. Very honest people. I would recommend them to anyone.
Horrible experience!!! Went to purchase a used vehicle. After going inside to purchase they immediately tack on a $950 reconditioning fee on top of the full sticker price and the sales manager claims they will not negotiate at all. Also the tags, title and tax fees did not add up correctly. For a vehicle with $6995 on the windshield they wanted over $9300 out the door. After we left they called within 20 minutes and guess what? They want to negotiate and came down a couple hundred but we already felt they were wasting our time and the vehicle was way overpriced. Told them we'd think about it. After we called back they upped the price again! Really??? We found a better vehicle that day at a lower price with a warranty. Buyer beware of their sales practices!!!
