The real kicker was we asked them to NOT wash the car, just take the stickers and tag off. Instead, they washed the car installing swirl marks over the entire body of the Mustang. A blatant disregard for a simple request. I refuse to return to this dealer ever, they do not deserve the "Dealership of the Year" award which they proudly display as soon as you walk in.
I scheduled a time to come in & see a particular vehicle I was interested in. I was greeted immediately when I walked in, introduced to management, a copy of my driver's license was made, and next I knew, I was in that car by myself, driving around Frederick. Once I got back, it was quick and simple. I spent 2.5 hours there and left with the car I wanted and payments I could afford. No hassle. And this was the first time I've ever financed a car. Great company. Highly recommended.
**Edit: I have spoken with the General Manager at the dealership and he apologized for my experience. Although he could not change what occurred, he was really helpful and did what he could. I am changing my review to 3 stars since I had a pleasant experience with him personally.
My wife and I had an amazing experience with the whole team at Younger Nissan of Frederick. From the moment we walked we were greeted warmly and were attended to promptly by Patrick. We had been shopping at 3 other dealerships earlier that day and while Younger Nissan didn't have the best deal initially they worked with us to get us the complete package we were looking for. We ended up purchasing a 2014 Nissan Frontier with an extended warranty to give us peace of mind. The entire team from sales consultants to managers to the finance team was involved in the sale and all were equally as friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle. My wife and I just spent the last few hours dealing with the great sales team and part owner of Younger Nissan. We weren't able to make a deal, yet, but they went out of their way to try and make it work. When they couldn't match or beat the pricing from another dealership, they were honest and told us to explore the other option because it appears to be a better deal. It's hard to find that kind of honesty in any industry nowadays. If the other car doesn't work out, we will absolutely be back to Younger to work a deal with them. Great integrity. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car.
A positive experience purchasing a pre-owned vehicle this week. My sales representative was Dave. He is incredibly personable and genuinely cares about serving customers needs! The entire staff is professional. Service area is top notch! Highly recommend!

This was the worst dealer experience I have ever had. They played a blame game the entire time adding a new name and they have no ability to communicate with each other. They had a weeks notice that I would come up to look at a car and they did not clean the car, inside or out, plastic piece was popped out inside, it was embarrassing. Both the Sales manager and GM were rude. They kept giving excuses one after another for any of their mistakes.
