What a wonderful find! A bunch of fun people into fitness and fun. The coaching is individualized and superb, the workouts are great, the camaraderie is awesome. I am in the best shape of my life and look forward to every workout, even if it's stuff I'm horrible or slow at, like snatches and burpees. There's always a scaling option, which is fortunate because I'm 73! I hope to keep it up for at least 30 more years!!
The owners and coaches at ODIN make ALL the difference. The experience level and passion for coaching they have is obvious and they are there for you in every sense- encouragement, safety, entertainment, and to help you get through those especially tough workouts when you need a little extra boost! Everyone really looks out for each other and it's just a great place to start or continue your fitness journey!
A great place for athletes of all levels. They have a great group of coaches who are knowledgeable and caring to ensure we become the best we can be. I would strongly recommend people to drop in and possibly become a full-time member of ODIN!
This is a great place to workout, hang out, and grow stronger physically and mentally. The staff is great and very attentive to each members strengths. They focus on form and technique while challenging you to push your limits. My mobility has increased, my technique has improved, and I am much stronger.
Odin is such a warm, welcoming and fun place. The coaches are knowledgeable, skilled and encouraging. One of their main focuses is safety and good form. The Barbell class has helped me become a better athlete. The community is amazing! Love this place!! Highly recommended!! Simply the best!!
