This health club has so much potential. Instructors are very good. Corporate needs to visit weekly and observe classes, maintenance, and management. No suggestions made over two years have been acted upon, except one. I was talking to the desk staff about the pink slime on the shower walls in the ladies changing room and a person from corporate walked in. I briefly mentioned it and he went directly to the cleaning people and it was taken care of immediately. After 2 years later, the walls are still clean.

Extra wall hooks in the family bathrooms and an extra wall shelf are needed. It is impossible to have kids changing and showering with 1 small wall shelf and 1 hook. We have to use the diaper changing thing to put our clothes on. Not hygenic.

The VOLUME in most classes is near the decibel level of a jet engine and will cause permanent hearing loss unless you wear earplugs. I spoke to the director and was told each instructor determines the volume. This is not professional or wise.

I have been a member almost since it has opened. I find the staff very friendly, accessible and more than willing to help in any way they can. I am very satisfied with the services, classes, hours and support. I don't feel like there is anyone "judging" me at any time which makes my workouts more enjoyable and comfortable. I think they are doing an excellent job and I appreciate it!

Kids Zone should be open at least 10-15 minutes after the last exercise class at night so mom's don't have to rush to get their kids.

Having worked in the fitness industry for years in the past, there is so much members often see that the staff may not that could help improve member satisfaction, health, fun, and safety. Members comments should be honored, not dismissed or ignored with a shallow explanation as to why they can't help you. Where has customer service gone in the last 2 decades?

But again, it's the STAFF that makes this gym and pool so nice.

Great exercise facility. My wife and I have been members since shortly after it opened as

I’ve constantly had to wait up to 45 min for a machine to free up. I’ve made suggestions for them to purchases more equipment but they have been ignored. If you prefer using any barbell related lift prepare yourself for a line of people.

It seems this club is more interested in profit then service. I no longer refer my patients to this club although I would like to.

The swimming pool is kept at a safe and consistent temperature as is the sauna. The decibel level in classes should likewise be SET at a safe level, never exceeding 80 db. Research shows exercise classes today are TOO loud, between 90-110. HEALTH clubs should promote health of our total body - not just muscles.

Sport&Health. The staff is the best feature of this gym, everyone is friendly and always willing to help out. The exercise area is clean, well ventilated, and orderly; the machines are well maintained. The locker room too, just the right temperature and always well stocked with soaps, paper towels, and plastic bags for wet towels and swim suits. The showers are modern with easily adjusted to give you just the temperature that you want, and it stays that way throughout your shower.

Revised - Good gym equipment. Some staff are nice, others not so much. I’ve had a disappointing experience with the fitness director whose name I’ve removed, but, I still give this gym 5 stars and would recommend it to others. Thank you for reaching out after my first review as well, that was very kind and it made me feel valued as a member.

I will be talking to and writing cooperate and kindly asking for a safe limit on volume in classes. Exercising to jet level sound is never enjoyable. I walk away feeling shell shocked. I ask you to stand out and speak up (at corporate level) against excessively loud music in club classes. We have to advocate for what is right and healthy even if others go along and are naive to the damage they are doing to their body.
