Onelife Fitness South is a great gym. Has a ton of machines and free weights to work every muscle group. Back day, in particular, is awesome at South gym. You never have to wait very long (if at all) and the machines are kept clean and functional. The Kids Club is the best - I have 4 kids and they love going to the daycare. There are plenty of activities for the kids, from drawing to video games. The daycare staff are all very professional and watch your kids for up to 2 hours. Sarah, the kids club manager, has hired great staff that really get to know my kids.
All in all, this gym is the real deal! Even after a long day at work or I'm tired, I still get excited to go and workout.
Zone 4 is amazing as well, it works your whole body (in only about an hour) and John is a great coach!
I LOVE this facility. The equipment is always clean and there is always a staff member nearby if you have questions or need help. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly (especially Herbert)!
Great gym. Best show in town for sure. Perfect for lifting and intense workouts. Ask for Herberth. Great guy!!
One Life South Frederick is an outstanding facility in all aspects! The equipment goes above and beyond what a standard gym has and the staff does the same. Everyone is so friendly and truly interested in helping their members have a great experience. You'll never get bored at this facility with the variety of options they have for you to get your results. By far the greatest gym I've ever been to!

The classes are my favorite, especially the BANG classes. The instructors are patient, encouraging and empowering...and IT'S FUN!
