My NP Alyssa did a great job making me feel comfortable throughout my exam. I will go again.
Billing team has no idea of how their clinic bills are calculated and you will have to double check your bills to ensure that you are not charged extra.
Impoliteness is the culture here, apart from patient medical condition, clinic will ensure that you get additional stress.
Doctors are not on same page, which will eventually confuse the patient.

Self check in does not work at times, twice it happened with me that after self check in , I was never called until I reached receptionist.
I have been going to Capital Women's Care for over 6 years, seeing Dr. Brian Heyman. He is very knowledgable and professional. I think the location is great and offers access to many services that are needed for women to maintain excellent health and practices!
Everyone there was so kind and went out of their way to make sure I was okay. Lexi S. was so helpful and made me feel comfortable and safe. I genuinely felt she cared for my well-being and made sure I was 100% okay. I would recommend CWC to anyone looking for an OBGYN. Lovely place with professional, caring staff.
Surgical scheduling team is inhuman to the extent that they will schedule your surgeries without your consent.
