I was worried because of the negative reviews but Dr. Hart was very kind and addressed all of my concerns. The staff was great, overall very nice experience. The KKK comment is a little far fetched, he wasn’t negative at all.
Very pleasant experience!!! My daughter was a walk in (generally a no-no and can be frustrating for front staff) but they were super nice and fit my daughter (3 yrs old, ruptured ear drum) in the schedule. Barely had to wait in waiting room or treatment room.
Dr. Hart is great! He removed 2 of my children's tonsils and adenoids. He just saw my 3rd child and was wonderful with her! He is quirky but so loving and kind. Highly recommend!
If i could give one star i would. Completely rude staff. Hour trip to take my son here. He got car sick so we had to pull over so in turn this made us late, ten minutes late and they refused to see us. Then we go to an appointment they schedule a surgery and never call with a time and when we called we left a message stating that. Still no call so i call the day of the surgery stating my issues and stating we would need to reschedule since we didnt get a time and they discharge my son as a patient saying its my fault. I had no missed calls and no vm. But they claimed they called. They are extremely rude.
Dr. Hart was super friendly, explained what was going on in lamens terms and was fantastic with my little girl.
People only leave negative responses because they are upset. I get it. I wish the purple that were happy with Dr. Hart would step up!
I am very happy with Dr. Hart. After months of having several ENT tell me that 19 is to old to have my tonsils taken out Dr. Hart agreed that they needed to come out. He was very up front about the level of pain I would have. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a great ENT!
