I've never had a worse experience at a doctor's office. I saw Dr.Jackson and explained to him that I hadn't been feeling well and I was worried that I had an ear infection. He immediately told me I came to the wrong office and that's something I needed to talk to my Primary Care doctor about and he kept saying "I don't know what you want from me. I dont know what you want me to do". I guess I was wrong in assuming that an Ear, Nose, and Throat doctor was the office to go to when I thought I had an ear infection. He seemed very agitated and was not interested in seeing me. After I was about to leave he then said I will look you over. He very quickly looked in my ears and said they were clear and was not interested in helping me figure out my my ears were hurting and why I felt like there was fluid in them. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day or what but as a doctor his issues should be put to aside and he should be giving better customer service. I will never ever recommend anyone to go to this office and I strongly implore you to check other ENT's that want to treat their patients with more care and respect.
Absolutely no patience for my 4 year old, only tried to look in her nose one time and gave up instead of explaining to her what he was going to do. Literally said “ok we’re done here” and walked out 3 Minutes into the appointment! Absolutely terrible bedside manner, would never ever recommend to anyone.
