After the sinus infection came back from the month's worth of bactrim, I knew it was time to look for some professional help in the ENT area. I went online and found Dr Kirby Scott with Central ENT Consultants. This was the best online search I have ever stumbled upon.
This was my first time ever needing surgery and I suffer from high anxiety, so obviously when I heard the word surgery I was ready to ignore all of that. While my anxiety was quite high during this time, I trusted Dr Scott because of how caring he is and how knowledgeable he was in his profession. I still joke to my wife today that if I had any other doctor, I'd still have my sinus infection because I wouldn't have gone through with the surgery lol.
Dr Kirby Scott is someone who when you meet for the first time, you can tell they love their profession, the people they work with, and all of their patients. Dr Scott was able to dig deeper into my situation and came to the conclusion that I needed surgery because I had sinus cavity blockage which kept bringing my sinus infection back.
Long story short - I had zero issues/complications or sinus infections since the surgery. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing except skipping my primary doctor from the start.

It was helping, but was not fixing the solution as my sinus infection kept coming back every time the medicine was completed.
