I have been seeing Dr Hundemer and other staff in this office for over 5 years. They really care about their patients. Due to many health issues I need a dr who is willing to try many things and not give up. This team does not give up! In fact several times over the years Dr Hundemer has spoken to my specialty doctors to determine the best possible options. With their team work I am now in remission for 4 of my illnesses. I have even gone to their other offices on evenings and weekends and have received excellent service. It was wonderful for them to have all of my records and access to my primary in case further discussion was needed. I trust FPCA with my life and my family's lives!
I grew up going to this office, after college I moved back to the area and continued going to this office. However my experience has been growing to be one of long waits and only semi-helpful advice. The front desk staff can be hard to work with. Just recently I had a question and called in with a good connection, was informed I sounded like I was on a speaker phone, then I was placed on speaker phone (apparently) and asked for personal identifiable information (while on speaker phone) and then after I started giving it was informed I was on speaker phone. When I complained about that the receptionist asked if it was her "right" to hang up on me. In addition to my experience family and friends have informed me of their issues with both the front desk staff, office staff, and medical staff. I'm going to find a new primary physician.
I've had some, as mentioned, rude and unprofessional experiences with phone receptionists as well as front desk representatives. In spite of this, my family's choice physicians treat us well and often give both insightful and helpful advice and guidance. We're given the option to speak to and visit with an alternative physician who is free if our choice physicians aren't available.
I love Dr. Fisher and every single one of his staff! They are wonderful and very attentive.
Was walk in patient, right before closing, took me right in and saw me. Coudnt ask for any better service and care.
