The only downside of this facility is that the decor is a bit dated but we are not here for the view but for the medical expertise.
I've been going to this office for about one year and a half now. I have conditions that require regular visits so I've been there quite a few times. Setting up and changing appointments has usually been a breeze. I've not experienced undue waits in the waiting room. (Then again, I get there on time.) I've always been treated professionally. This office has always been responsive each time my online pharmacy contacted them for a prescription renewal.
The only thing I don't like is their patient portal, which seems incapable of linking my registration with my medical files.
I've been attending this facility for the past year and have never had a bad experience. The staff were always courteous although busy, the nurses FABULOUS, and Dr. Shad always took the time to listen to my medical complaints before making a diagnosis or prescribing medication.

Friendly receptionist, great, attentive nurses. Have been seeing Dr. Amerena for many years. I have never felt like he was rushing and he has even taken the time to address an issue outside of a normal "physical" that most doctors would make you schedule separately. Even though I no longer live in Frederick(30min away) I trust this place with my health. They go above and beyond the call of duty.
I have been going to this office for years and have never really had any problems. The providers are down to earth and really take the time to listen to you as a patient. The front office staff and nurses are friendly as well.
If you are looking for a good doctor-ask for Dr. Shad.
